Adding a new machine is done easiest by copying the text from a similar machine.

Be sure to cover the following though:

1. what the machine does and especially what it is not designed to do.
2. Link the the manual.
3. what sort of material it can best handle - and what sort of material may damage it.
4. a picture
5. where it is located
6. A section on safety
   1. Containing the safety sheet SafetySheet
   2. Repeat the key points; risks; how to mitigate; how to avoid.
   3. Practical checks.
7. Section on operating
8. Section on known issues/surprises
9. Power off and cleaning instructions
10. Out of order instructions
11. Maintenance instructions
12. Things about how it is installed, wired, etc if not trivial.
13. Who owns it ?
14. Replacing supplies ? Which ? Where ?

In general it is also a good idea to keep a 'setup' or 'build' page during; to document the project of getting the machine up and running; and perhaps use parts of this page as the basis for your maintenance page.
