This page is for communication around developing the new door opening system for MSL. After discussing with Hans, DW, Marcel and Alex a decision was made to go with the ethernet-wired setup (as opposed to ESP wireless). For this the following hardware is required:
- Ethernet met PoE
- DC voltage control circuit (for Arduino and for the switching circuit)
- Arduino
- RFID card reader
- status LEDs (need to agree on meaning of colors and blinking), buzzer sound
- actuation switching circuit
- (option) current sensing loop to indicate machine usage status
