We think that the collets are ``Clarkson S Type-small Autolock Colletss.
It is important that the end of the cutter is against the special ring/pin (labeled 4 in the picture below) - but this must not be too tight - as this will shatter de endmill.
So follow bellow instructions!
We have metric collets
The METRIC collects have a grove, the imperials ones do not according to http://www.model-engineer.co.uk/forums/postings.asp?th=104134
