What is the state

12. Foto's maken van hoe de kap er af moet - met name fragile plastic deel.
13. Kijken waar de trilling vandaan komt en dat vast zetten
14. Zorgen dat alle klauwen kunnen draaien -- moet waarschijnlijk gewoon even wat vet op.
15. Misschien passtukje achter de poten zodat de afstand tot de muur optimaal blijft.
16. opbergplek bedenken voor de geleide rails en het handle

What is it?

The Metal Mitre Saw is a mitre saw for metal.

It differs from many other saws in that it has a slow-turning saw-blade and a cooling mechanism, allowing to cut metal without getting it hot.

The results are that you can have very streight and smooth cutting edges.

The Metal Mitre Saw is located in the Welding area.

Accessories:

• The wrench for replacing the blades is located behind the machine on the wall
• The saw blades are in the black closet next to the air compressor
• Cutting fluid and gearbox oil are in the blue closet in the metal area

Classification (not yet made)

• Mag op alle uren gebruikt worden; hou wel rekening met de buren.
• Gevaarlijke machine - inleveren van de waiver bekend met risico's gevaarlijke apparaten formulier] bij bestuur verplicht.
• Normale Instructie & OK bestuur verplicht (cat 2 apparaat)

This equipment is safety category 2:

• Mandatory instructions.
• [liability waiver] on file.
• Approval from trustees, but ok to operate alone

(but be careful/ensure you have assistance when handling very large things).

With respect to noise - be kind and considerate after 19:00 - and limit yourself to sporadic low-noise use.

This equipment is Noise Category 2:
Can be used at all hours, but in moderation.
Be considerate; if you feel you need to wear ear protection,
then only use the tool between 07:00 and 19:00.

Maatregelen

• In instructie opnemen dat loszitten moer/blad gecontroleerd wordt voor gebruik.
• Gebruik van handschoenen verboden
• Geen loshangende haren, sieraden, kleding, ringen, armbanden, touwtjes hoodie.
• Gebruik van een (veiligheids)bril is verplicht.
• Zorg dat je weet waar de noodstoppen zitten.
• Gebruik boormelk onderdeel van de instructie

Belangrijkste veiligheidsaandachtspunten

• Gegrepen worden door de draaiende delen.
• Bewegingen van de assen, beknelling.
• Scherpe snel draaiende zaagblad
• Scherpe spaanders, rondspattende spaanders.
• Rondspatten afgeproken onderdelen (tanden frees, afgebroken as).
• De vloer kan erg glad worden als je de koelvloeistof gebruikt.
• Tordering/vastlopen blad door knijp - bijvoorbeeld bij niet goed ondersteunen (lange staf) beide kanten zaagsnede.
• Balans tafel bij lange dingen
• Geen plaat materiaal / niet alle posities kunnen

Behoud van de machine

Wat kan er wel / niet gezaagd worden: voorlopig normaal staal; van pisbak tot redelijke kwaliteit (<800N/m).

Gevaar knel/wring bij lange dingen die (rechts) niet goed vast zitten.

Onderhoud machine

1. Elke 3 maanden of eerder als het stinkt:
   1. Boor olie, boormelk / koelvloeistof vervagen (4x per jaar; 1:20).
2. Else 6 maanden:
   1. Olie bijvullen (4x per jaar checken - te gebruiken olie: VG/ISO-150)
3. Elke maand (samen met boortjes)
   1. Blad vervangen indien nodig
4. Elk jaar
   1. Normale inspectie

Leverancier boormelk en tandwielkast olie: http://www.oliehandel-hvdberg.nl in Leiden (heeft altijd wel voorraad) of HBM.

Zaagbladen

Zaagblad, 2-11-63 driver; 32 hole, 210 diameter

Blad:

1. Diameter < 210mm
2. Gaten hart-hart afstand 63mm, gat 11mm pin 10mm, Center gat 32mm
   1. Industrie naam: Meeneemgat "2/11/63" --vaak verkocht met 2 extra gaten als "2/8/45+2/11/63"

Voor ongelegeerd staal is de gewenste snijsnelheid ergens rond de 25-35 meter/minuut.

De diameter van het blad is 210mm; PI x 21.0 cm = 70cm omtrek.

Gemeten (ronald) is 40 RPM. Dus 28 meter/minuut draaisnelheid.

vervangende zaagbladen

Vervangende bladen liggen in het zwartje kastje metaalhoek. In `history' hieronder opnemen als je er een nieuwe in zet.

Aandachtspunten gebruik

Moer is `verkeertom' - linksdraaiend - dus met de klok-mee is los.

Gereedschappen

Er is een speciale machine sleutel - nummer 38 - deze hangt achter de machine. De moer is linksdraaiend. Dus 'los' met de klok mee. Ze moet stevig aangedraaid worden.

Gebruik

To power on the machine:

1. Ensure that the on-off switch on machine is in the horizontal off position.
2. Ensure that pump switch is set as expect it to be.
3. Press the green 'on' button on the wall control box (to the left of the machine; right most buttons).
4. Red light on machine should turn on.

To use the machine

1. Use the on-off switch on machine to switch it on and off.

To power off the machine:

1. Ensure that the on-off switche on the machine is in the the off position
2. Press the red 'off' button on the wall control box (to the left of the machine).

To put the machine into `out of order' mode.

1. Ensure that all the on-off switches are in the off position.
2. Press the red 'off' button on the wall control box.
3. Turn the key; setting it it '0'.
4. Put the key in one of the safety lock boxes.
5. Report the issue to the mailing list forthwith.
