General introduction

This machine is used for cutting large wood boards in straight lines. We have 2 x 150cm guides as accessories for this plunge-cut saw. You can saw at different angles from 0-45° and there is also an option to go even further, op to 48° or minus 1° (this is used for almost invisibly aligning to pieces together). Use it at all times with the blue Nilfisk vacuum cleaner. Connect to power cord to the Nilfisk so it will be enganges as soon as you start cutting. The machine has an ant-chip option which lets you to a pre-run of your cut at 3mm depth, thus avoiding chips. Makes sure that your depth is set on 2-3 mm more than the thickness of your project.

dust control

You need to attach the Nilfisk vacuum cleaner to contain dust. Use a dusk mask when working with unhealthy wood types (e.g. certain tropical types, MDF, etc) for prolonged periods of time.

blades

This machine needs special blades of 160 or 165mm. You can find a list of original Makita blades on this page.

De linealen zijn opgehangen aan de muur. Let op ! Deze zijn kwetsbaar, moeten ALTIJD in de foedraal getransporteerd worden. Mogen absoluut NIET BUIGEN of (om-)vallen !!
