This equipment is safety category 6: Other equipment with no limits.
This equipment is Noise Category 3: Can be used at all hours. No limits.
We have various stepper drills. To make round holes in thin material.
This in addition to the normal, jobber length, HSS and cobalt drills that are next to the two pillar drills in the wood and metal shop. Or check the page Category:Boren for a full list.
Breaking Drills
If you break them - that is fine. Happens.
In that case - either replace them -or- report it to the mailing list so someone else can replace them.
You can expense these.
