Metal
There is a large, blue, box of 8 sizes of metal countersink drills in the metal workshop -- use speeds about 30-60% lower than normal for that diameter - and Cutting oil.
This includes angled and square ones.

Metal - single cutter
We also have single cutter counterbores. Make sure the hole is (1mm+ larger) than the minumum size before using them. So drill a 6mm hole if you want to use the 5-10 cutter.

Wood
There are special wood ones in the wood area - kept on the stand of the DeWalt Handdrill and DeWalt Impact drill/electric screwdriver; in front of the red box with drills on the workbench side of the woodship.

Location
Far side of the woodshop; above the Miter Saw and right of the pillar drill.
