This is a (precision) measurement tool with exact dimensions and straightness.
That means: handle it gently, don't hammer on it or use it as a crowbar and so on.
(if you need a crowbar - these are wonderful for that!)
It is very important that if you accidentally drop it or think it may be out of line
- either mark the tool very clearly...
- or report this to the mailing list...
...so that your fellow makers do not ruin their work.

Try not to drop them - and if you do - report it (it is fine - they are not expensive to replace).
The red one is a precision 'knife' style square and used with light. Check youtube for how this works. Be extra careful as this one is not exactly cheap.
Location
The aluminium one can be found in the woodworkshop; the small metal ones in a wooden box in de red trolly and the red-box preciesion one in the blue cart.
